Produced in sight of the sea near the oysterbeds at Bassin de Thau. Dry and appealing.
Pale yellow, green highlights. Fine and fruity, reminiscent of whites flowers and peaches. Mineral and lemon–grapefruit notes. Medium/light-bodied dry white, with a lively acidity. Well balanced, fresh and clean finish.
