Cervaro della Sala is one of the first Italian white wines to be aged in barriques. Fermented in oak, no malolactic fermentation takes place. Crisp and linear with salty mineral tones, lots of stone fruit and notes of vanilla. This is a fantastic Chardonnay blend with 10% of Grechetto to add vibrancy which gives Burgundies a run for their money.
