Lagar de Cervera belongs to Rioja's La Rioja Alta since 1988 when they decided to stop producing white Rioja (they used to have a Viña Ardanza Blanco) and moved to Galicia to make Albariño. They are located in the O Rosal zone in the province of Pontevedra. They work 75 hectares of vineyards (60 in O Rosal and a futher 15 in Cambados) and produce around 750,000 bottles of a single wine per year.
